The Agency Dashboard was a project to enable agents to carry out their day to day business over a web-based application. Before the Agency Dashboard a Farmers agent had to conduct his business using antiquated AS400 workstations.

Rifftone did not handle Farmers Insurance as the client, however both proprietors we're involved in the information architecture and database design as contractors.
