CHEERS is an acronym for California Home Energy Efficiency Rating System. CHEERS.org provides energy ratings for california home owners and builders. There is a companion site for CHEERS.org that provides CHEERS raters with the ability to enter all test scores on the web. This allows CHEERS to administer their Consumer, Rater and Utility accounts from a single location.
